The City has partnered with MunicipalOnlinePayments.com to provide you with a better online payment system. In addition to having a new look and feel, the payment fees are lower and the system provides you with up to date access to your account.

Utility Payments

• Water Payments - The first time you use this site you will need to register your billing account. The process is easy and only takes a minute or two. You will need your utility account number and the last amount you paid from your last bill.

Court Payments

• Pay a citation - Most citations issued by the City of North Kansas City can be paid online. If you can't pay online, you can pay in person at the Municipal Court office located at 2010 Howell St in North Kansas City. The hours are 8-5, Monday through Thursday. The court office is closed on Friday.

Police Department

• Police Reports - You will need your Police Report number to order the report. If you don't have a report number, please call the police department at 816-274-6013.
