City Administrator Eric Berlin advised the Mayor and City Council last night of his intention to retire in the not-distant future.
“It has been my great honor and privilege to serve the governing body and the citizens of North Kansas City,” said Berlin. “In the time remaining, I will work with the City Council to develop and adopt a City budget, tie up some loose ends, and work in any way I may be asked to assist in the recruitment of my successor.”
Berlin began his service in North Kansas City in June, 2014. Prior to that, he served as City Manager in Raymore, Missouri, City Manager in Platteville, Wisconsin, and City Administrator in Spring Hill, Kansas.
