The North Kansas City Police Department successfully located a missing and endangered senior on Thursday, November 1. The senior was last seen the night before and was safely located by police staff midday. We would like to thank our community for helping us share the alert to create awareness of a missing resident.

Parks and Recreation Director Kelli Votypka was presented with a Partner in Education award from Oak Park High School on Monday, October 29. This award recognizes partners that create educational opportunities for students. Through this program, students are given an opportunity to test Parks and Recreation as a potential career choice.

Mid-term elections will be held on Tuesday, November 6 at the North Kansas City YMCA. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
